Elemental Energy Massage

Elemental Energy Massage is a powerful path for connecting with your Self on deep levels. It is a participatory experience.

I work on the massage table or on the floor. I begin the session with a short prayer and then guide you into the exploration of your authentic and spontaneous sounds and movements, shifting you back and forth between
* being rocked, cradled, stroked, stretched, vibrated,nurtured, touched firm & lightly
* and allowing your body and psyche to be moved by its own vital force.

You invite Spirit to enter your body with your inSPIRaTion….. breathing in.
You may release physical,emotional, mental stress and tension through your sounds and internal motions with your outbreath.
You may allow your sound vibrations to massage all your organs internally.You may recharge your Body-Spirit-Soul in a joyous way with the primal sounds of your own unique Soul-song or Soul-dance arising from within.You may enter moments of deep trance states and inner peaceful silence.

Fire gets explored and expressed as our breath that ignites vitality and aliveness.
Earth gets explored and expressed as our capacity to surrender to gravity.While entering a state of deep relaxation, we might tap into the realms of the evolutionary cellular memory banks of the atomic, mineral, plant and animal realm inside of us.
Water gets explored and expressed as our undulating movements; the flow of our feelings, images, beingness, energies.
Air gets explored and expressed as our primal and/or lyrical love-song of sounds allowing us to empty out on all levels (mental, emotional, physical) and feeling more spacious within.
Ether allows us to sink into stillpoint and journey into the inner mystery of no-mind, no-breath, no-motion, no-feeling but just silence and being in the inner void.

Each session lasts between an hour to one and a half hour. Each session is an elemental journey into the unknown mystery of your being.

Cost: $90 (1hour), $120 (11/2 hour).
