Our approach is creative, collaborative, and rooted in care, supporting artists to create and tell powerful stories through the body.

EDUCATION

Our multidisciplinary workshops are designed to help you learn new skills, deepen your practice, and expand your approach to embodied storytelling. We offer workshops in intimacy coordination and intimacy direction, stage combat, physical theatre, mask, puppetry, commedia and somatics blending technical craft with creative exploration.

WELLBEING

We welcome artists, performers, theatre-makers, filmmakers, creatives, movers and devisers to check our wellbeing sessions in our new Moving Body Studio. These offer support and performance resilience whilst developing your somatic connectedness.
