SUNDAY Pilates Online - Classical / Fusion Pilates Intermediate Mat

During this Covid-19 time, our very own Yarit will be offering an online hour long class to all those that would like to keep moving in their house. 

Class Description: 

"Classical-Fusion" integrates Joe Pilates' Intermediate Classical Mat with Yoga, Garuda and Feldinkrais treats.

Sometimes we will do a pure mat class and sometimeswe will use home based props such as towels, water bottles and cusions (obviously if you have a pilates overball or roller or arc or weights etc you can use those as well or instead). 

Pre-Requisits: 

This is an intermediate level class. Students need to have experienced Mat Pilates before. 

Please Note:

We are afraid that due to the class being online, Yarit cannot cater for clients that are pregnant, clients with osteoporosis or clients with serious spinal injuries or spinal fusions. She feels strongly that these need touch cueing as well as verbal, require the instructor to spot you during the exercises and to physically modify positions for/with you.

We operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. Please email info@movingbodyarts.com to cancel your class. 

No refund will be given after the 24 hours. 

2. Cancellation by Instructor: 

This class will only take place if there are minimum 3 paid students. Therefore if it is cancelled we will make an effort to notify you  ASAP. If canceled, we will refund you payment in full.
